Lead Pool Construction Foreman
We are seeking a Pool Construction Foreman to join our rapidly growing division of an already outstanding, reputable, solid Landscaping company.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing several pool construction projects at a time. You will be responsible for starting projects, inspecting work progress, construction sites to ensure that specifications are met, and completing projects in timely manner with a low threshold for errors or mistakes.
You will be responsible for several projects at one time and need to be able to create and maintain an effective contractor and subcontractor relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be highly knowledgeable on all aspects of construction of liner pools and some knowledge on concrete pools including but not limited to; Read and follow pool plans for grade; panel installation, bond beam, plumbing, electrical, pool crete, liner installation, and equipment installation.
Creates and maintains an efficient construction schedule for everyone involved as well as one that best satisfies client needs.
Implements tight procedures and accountability regarding operating processes such as job-site inspections at various job locations, communication follow-up with client, and policies for installation crews as well as following absolute safety standards.
Builds strong relationships with Contractors, Project Managers, Co-workers, and Customers and informs them on products and services to better facilitate the end project.
Handles any project issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Coordinates contractors and subcontractors throughout the duration of the project.
Responsible for managing material, shipping and distribution to installation crew.
Excellent telephone, email and overall communication skills

Requirements and Qualifications
On site Project Supervision and 5 years in the Swimming Pool Construction industry.
Exhibit a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships
Complete and knowledgeable understanding of the construction process
Must be able to work well as a team member with others and communicate well with both co-workers and customers
Must have a valid Nebraska driver’s license with a clear driving record to drive a work vehicle
Must be physically able to lift 50 lb. bags and buckets of materials, and enjoy working outdoors
Experience with small hand tools and equipment necessary
Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities, a must
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Type: Full-time, Average of 45 hours on the year.
50 average in peak season 30-35 average in non-peak season.

Salary: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 annually
